Fees
Tuition Fees 2024 - 2025
From January 1st 2025, the termly fees are as follows:
Senior School
Years 7 to 13 £6,685 (inclusive of 20% VAT) per term
Prep School
Years 3 to 6 £4,565 (inclusive of 20% VAT) per term
Reception, Years 1 & 2 £3,780 (inclusive of 20% VAT) per term
Fees include the use of school books (unless otherwise advised or lost), stationery and pupil personal accident insurance. iPad loan is also included from Year 7. Prep School fees include after-school care from Year 3.
Pre-School
Collegiate Pre-School is an authorised provider of Early Years Funding for the universal 15-hour allowance and 30-hour extended provision. Collegiate Pre-School is able to accept children who will turn three during their first term. Please note children will only become eligible for up to 30 hours of funding in the term after their third birthday. Full details of our provision can be found on our Pre-School Registration Form.
Discounts
Sibling discount
5% is applied to the younger pupil’s fees, while their sibling is at the school.
10% for a third child, applied on the same basis.
Past pupil discount
10% is applied where a parent attended the school for 5 or more years.
Catering fee & subscriptions

Reception to Year 2 £280 (VAT exempt)
Year 3 to Year 13 £330 (VAT exempt)
Catering includes lunch, which is compulsory for all pupils, and other refreshments including match teas. The School is able to cater for most dietary requirements - please contact us to discuss.
House Subscription
Year 7 to Year 13 £5 (inclusive of 20% VAT)
OC's Society Membership
Year 7 to Year 11 £10 (optional)
Parents’ Society Donation
All Years £2.50 (optional)
Deposit
A deposit of £500 is payable on joining the school. This is refunded without interest, and less any outstanding charges, when a pupil leaves. Families are encouraged, where they are able, to consider donating the balance to the school’s foundation, in order to widen access to the School through bursarial assistance.
Additional charges
From September 2024 until further notice, the supplementary fees will be as follows (please note that, for other charges not specifically listed, VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate were applicable.)
Examination Fees
Fees exclude entrance into public examinations, which can, in certain circumstances, also include a contribution towards the cost of invigilation.
Learning Support
Additional learning support is available on a 1:1 basis, and charged at £46 (inclusive of 20% VAT) per session, or pro-rata for shorter sessions or small groups.
Payment methods
Termly Instalment
Bank transfer should be made using the HSBC account details below. Fees are due in full by the start of term, or late payment interest will be charged. There is also an administration fee of £40 for payments not received within 5 working days of their due date. Please use the parent code as reference (found on the invoice).

Personal Accident Insurance
The school provides personal accident insurance for all pupils at no additional cost.
Chubb, the insurers, provide personal accident insurance.

Withdrawals
A term’s notice must be given in writing to the Head of the Senior School or Head of the Prep School before the removal of any pupil. Notice must be received by the start of term, otherwise a full term’s fees will be charged in lieu.
